Charlie grabs Betty's arm in the hospital hallway and pulls her along while she tells him to stay quiet. Frank walks through the corridor with a doctor and spots Betty leaving with another man. Charlie drags Betty into a lounge and presses her against the wall to demand answers about their past breakup. Betty claims she left him for money, but Charlie blocks the door and shouts that he still loves her.
Betty angrily tells Charlie to keep his voice down in the hospital hallway. Charlie ignores her request, takes hold of her arm, and pulls her along down the corridor as she struggles.
A doctor greets Frank Lewis and escorts him into the hospital. Frank suddenly halts in the corridor when he notices a woman who looks like Betty walking away with another man.
Charlie forces Betty into an empty lounge and pushes her against the wall. He asks why she vanished and ended their relationship. Betty coldly claims she abandoned him for a rich man, but Charlie rejects her answer.
Betty attempts to escape through the lounge door, but Charlie slams it shut in front of her. She yells that their relationship ended three years ago, yet Charlie refuses to let her leave and admits his feelings.
“That woman looks like Betty.”
“Tell me. Why did you break up with me? Why did you disappear all of a sudden?”
“I latched onto a rich guy, so I dumped you.”
“But I still love you!”
The episode closes with Charlie blocking the exit and yelling that he still loves Betty after three years apart. Frank is also wandering the hospital corridors after spotting Betty with another man. Will Betty manage to break free from Charlie before her billionaire husband tracks them down and discovers her secret past?
