    Victoria draws her pistol and smashes it down onto the confession document sitting on the examination table. She yells at Lia, angrily mocking her claim that her heartbeat is the only thing keeping Dante alive.

    Lia refuses to sign the confession paper. Victoria instantly grabs Lia's wrist, dragging the pen hard enough to tear the sheet in front of them. Victoria then raises her handgun and jams the barrel right underneath Lia's chin.

  3. 00:42: The Medical Director Steps In

    The Medical Director steps forward into the room to intervene. He warns Victoria that Lia cannot survive any additional physical or emotional stress. Victoria points her gun straight at the doctor to silence him, then orders Lia to sign immediately.

    Lia stays defiant, prompting Victoria to command a nurse to administer a stimulant injection. The Medical Director shields Lia, stating that the drug will induce heart failure. Unfazed, Victoria signals her security guards to drag the protesting physician outside.
