Episode 12 recap: The Aether Forest Bond
The convoy approaches the Aether Forest as Ella warns of elemental creatures. An armed woman aims her rifle at a glowing water spirit, but a cyborg companion stops her. The winged creature rests in his hands and flies over to Kade. Ella translates for the spirit and explains that dark energy is poisoning the woods. The spirit senses Kade's high affinity for aether and channels glowing light into his chest. This soul bond unites them as partners. Kade immediately orders everyone to push forward toward the Ark.
