A mystical Genie grants her three days to win Dawson's love or divorce him.
debt collectors corner Cassia Jones in a dark alley to collect her father's gambling debts. They threaten to take her body instead. Zack Morris pulls up in a car, fires a warning shot into the air, and rescues her.
Cassia remembers Zack proposing to pay ten thousand dollars to marry her during a fast food meal. When the wedding night arrived, Zack did not appear. Instead, his blind older brother Dawson entered the bedroom to take Zack's place as her husband.
Five years later, Dawson stands on a cliff with Cassia. He accuses her of loving his brother while acting like a loyal wife. Dawson throws a ring over the edge into the ocean below and coldly orders Cassia to retrieve it.
Cassia jumps from the cliff into the sea. She swims deep to find the ring and cuts her hand against a sharp rock. As she holds the ring, she runs out of air, drowns, and sinks next to a golden lamp.
Cassia's spirit awakens a blue Genie from the golden lamp on the seafloor. She begs the spirit to let her live. The Genie gives her three final days to either win Dawson's heart or end their five-year marriage for good.
The Genie sends Cassia's spirit backward through time. Cassia suddenly finds herself standing on the cliff beside Dawson once again. She remains alive in the exact moment before her plunge, with only three days left to decide her fate.
“No money? Then pay us with your body. We've never had one as fat as you.”
“You're in love with my brother, but out there you play the devoted wife. It makes me sick.”
“Go on. Fetch it.”
“I cannot. But I can give you three days to finish what you left undone. Become a true wife to your husband, or end the marriage for good.”
Cassia reappears at the windy cliff beside Dawson, returned to life right where she leaped. With the Genie's three-day countdown now ticking, Cassia faces her blind husband once again. Will she try to earn Dawson's cold heart in the time she has left, or will she choose to end their five-year marriage and walk away?
