Episode: 7
Mrs. Morris confronts Cassia by the bedroom vanity table. She hands over the signed divorce papers and demands that Cassia leave tonight. She orders Cassia not to tell Dawson about the split until Zack and Elsie wed. Cassia walks over to Dawson, who is lying on the bed, and trips onto him. She asks if he ever cared for her. Dawson says he never did. Cassia climbs on top of him and kisses him.
Cassia sits by the vanity table looking at the signed divorce papers. Mrs. Morris stands over her and scolds her harshly. She orders Cassia to pack up tonight and keep the divorce secret until Zack and Elsie finish their wedding.
Cassia walks over to Dawson as he rests in bed and accidentally tumbles directly onto him. She asks him if he ever cared for her. When Dawson coldly says he never did, Cassia straddles him and kisses him passionately.
“You can go, but Dawson is not to hear about the divorce until after Zack and Elsie are married.”
“Have you really never cared for me at all?”
“Never.”
“Five years, and you never gave me your heart. Then give me your body.”
Cassia pins Dawson against the mattress, unbuttons his shirt, and presses her lips firmly against his. Dawson lies beneath her after rejecting her emotionally. Will Dawson push Cassia away and reject her touch, or will he finally give in to his wife during their final night together in the Morris mansion?
