    Nina sits at her desk when sudden, sharp stomach pain hits her because she missed meals. Doubled over in agony, she packs up, leaves the building, and hails a taxi on the street.

    The doctor diagnoses Nina with acute gastroenteritis and puts her on an IV drip. Sitting alone in the infusion room, Nina endures the pain in isolation while watching other patients who have family members with them.
